My career began supplying outside catering for weddings and birthdays. I managed a Christian Café for 6 years cooking and serving food, where my natural progression took me into food hygiene training. I completed all the relevant exams before taking my trainer exam, and began teaching others from there.

All clients will need to take the food safety course every 3 years. Anyone who works with food and drink of any kind needs a Food Hygiene Certificate. I am registered with the CIEH which is based in London.
